We set up initiatives that bring together several ecosystems to experiment with emerging technologies under real-life conditions in open environments. These are what we call real-life experimentation laboratories for innovation.
What would be living laboratories in the field of social innovation, or test beds in the world of engineering are, to us, the same thing. They are spaces for technological and/or social experimentation, organized to facilitate product development and the adoption of emerging technologies and their impact on society.
